What could possibly make the Mauck MSV even stranger? What if it was previously owned by one of the most notorious celebrities in recent memory?
A rare example of the over-the-top luxury RV is currently up for sale on Cars & Bids. While any MSV (which stands for Mauck Special Vehicle) is noteworthy, this example has the added distinction of having once been part of Kanye West’s car collection.
Look, the Kanye connection won’t be for everyone—especially after the past decade of his career—but the MSV 1120S Elite is something special. That’s because Mauck hand-built just 100 examples of the futuristic-looking RV between 1996 and 1999.

This 1996 example, which was just the second to roll off the line, was registered to the rapper’s Yeezy LLC from April 2023 to January of this year. It features a blacked-out look and truly wild pair of dihedral doors up front. It’s powered by a 6.3-liter GM-sourced V-8, an upgrade over the standard 5.7-liter eight-cylinder mill, and has a Cummins Onan 2.8kW gasoline power generator, tandem rear axle, and an air suspension. Kanye’s old MSV has a number of modifications in addition to its more powerful engine, including tinted windows and 16-inch Mickey Thompson wheels.
The MSV’s interior is just as much of a departure from the norm as its exteriors. The stretched-out cabin is covered in grey and black leather and features a U-shaped rear bench that fits six, a refrigerator, and a sink. Custom options include LED lights in the rear, an Orion speaker system, and a roof-mounted entertainment system that includes a fold-up 17-inch display.

At nearly 30 years old, and having covered nearly 60,000 miles, the MSV does have some signs of wear and tear. The seller notes that the exterior has several chips and scratches, the headlights are faded, and there are signs of underbody rust. Inside the vehicle, the front air conditioner no longer blows cold air and the power windows are inoperable. Anyone not put off by the RV’s provenance likely won’t mind these issues, but the seller does suggest they can all be fixed.
The auction for Kanye’s old MSV runs through Wednesday, August 7. With a little less than 24 hours to go, bidding has reached $10,000, which is about five percent of what the vehicle cost brand new.
