More is always better as far as Apocalypse Manufacturing is concerned.

The Florida-based custom shop has just unveiled its latest insane six-wheeler, the World Ender. Apocalypse has taken the Land Rover Defender and reimagined it as something much more extreme.

The current-generation Defender debuted in 2019 and is easily one of the best-looking SUVs currently on the market. The latest version of the original Land Rover features a sleek design that brings it more in line with its sibling, the Range Rover. Despite its updated appearance, the new Defender still features all the off-road gear and capability that drivers have come to expect from the model over the years.

That wasn’t enough for Apocalypse, though. Just as it did when it turned the Jeep Gladiator into the Hellfire, the shop has stretched out the body of a Defender 110 and added a third set of wheels and a four-foot truck bed. But Apocalypse didn’t stop there. It also equipped the British SUV with a front “Cow Killer” push bar, custom fenders, armored side steps, roof rack, roof-mounted, and a roll cage. Completing the makeover is a set of 20-inch wheels wrapped in 38-inch all-terrain tires. Every single aspect of the British SUV’s design has been turned up to 11 … and then some.

The World Ender is based on the high-performance Defender Carpathian Edition, which means it has a supercharged 5.0-liter V-8 under the hood. The brawny mill is mated to a tandem middle axle gearbox that routes power to all six wheels. Apocalypse claims the modified setup will deliver 518 horses, the same as the base SUV (no torque figure was provided but the Defender Carpathian Edition makes 461 ft lbs of twist). Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with an independent pneumatic suspension in the front and back. That should, in theory, deliver a relatively smooth ride.

Unsurprisingly, something as ridiculous as the World Ender does not come cheap. Apocalypse is charging $374,999 for its latest 6×6. That’s significantly more than the Defender Carpathian Edition, which starts at $115,300, but you’re also getting an extra set of wheels and a bunch of other over-the-top features. Reach out the shop now if you’re interested in adding the World Ender to your collection.
