It is more difficult than ever to create a superyacht that stands out, but RMK Marine appears to have done exactly that.

The Turkish shipyard just unveiled a new concept that it says will “set a new standard in yachting excellence.” Christened Livia, the 223-footer has been outfitted with an array of lavish amenities to elevate the cruising experience.

Penned by fellow Turkish outfit Red Yacht Design, the vessel showcases a sleek, sophisticated exterior with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. The four aft decks cascade elegantly to the stern, creating ample space for alfresco entertaining. The yacht also features a sizable bow with a touch-and-go helipad that can facilitate comings and goings.

“Our focus was to create a design that not only captures attention with its sleek lines but also enhances the onboard experience for owners and guests alike,” managing director of Red Yacht Design Fatih Surekli said in a statement.

With a beam of roughly 36 feet, Livia offers a generous amount of room onboard. The interior includes five large staterooms, with each one opening to a private terrace with sea views. The owner’s suite is even more luxurious, spanning two decks and showcasing a lounge and private swimming pool.

The extravagance continues outdoors. The sprawling sundeck is home to a bar, an infinity pool, and a plush lounge, while the upper deck is adorned with a circular lounge, a fire pit, a giant dining table, and an outdoor cinema. A few more steps below, the main deck sports an epic sky lounge and the beach club is fitted with yet another pool. Wellness buffs are also catered to, with a sauna and gym located on the lower deck.

Livia will also be quite the cruiser. The yard didn’t go into specifics regarding propulsion, but says the yacht will have a cruising speed of 12 knots and deliver “exceptional performance on long voyages.”

It may not be long before we see Livia on the water, either: RMK Yachts has already commenced engineering and hull design work on the vessel. “Livia is an important milestone in the project, and we are committed to ensuring that every phase is completed with the precision and expertise that RMK Yachts is known for,” added RMK Yachts director Cuneyt Okcu. “We look forward to beginning her construction soon and bringing this incredible design to life.”

We’re looking forward to it, too.
